  We are currently using Senecal Construction for Drywall, Metal Studs, Insulation, E.I.F.S. and Exterior Fiberglass column work on the Cedars of Chapel Hill, Phase II, Villas D and E.

  The project is a Continuing Care Retirement Community, with 72 individual condominiums, in two 4 story buildings.
Each unit is fully customized by the unit buyer. Senecal's contract amount is approximately $2.5 mm.

  They have performed exceptionally well, keeping the schedule, pricing the myrid changes involved with 72 different owners.

I would unhesitatingly recommend them for use again!
