To Whom It May Concern:

  At the request of Ron Senecal of Senecal Construction, this letter is to document our office's experiences with them on the above referenced project.

  My Experience has been that Senecal Construction is a professional organization that places quality of workmanship at the highest priorty.

  We held numerous meetings on the jobsite, to review desired finishes, constructability possibilities, and overall intent of design. At all times, their approach was geared towards providing the right solution, not necessarily what was the easiest or most cost effective. And lastly, they were forthcoming with realistic opinions on what was reasonably achievable vs. difficult to achieve; and were creative in offering alternative solutions.

  The quality of their work is evidenced in the finished product at the CIEMAS Project, particularly in some difficult situations such as the Atrium and Auditorium Spaces and is very high quality.

  ZGF would look forward to working with Senecal Construction on future projects.
