  It is with pride that I provide this recommendation letter for Senecal Construction Company, who is currently the metal framing and drywall contractor for the Surgical Suite Renovations project located on the third floor of the Duke North Hospital. This 55,000 s.f. multiphased renovation project is currently being constructed within the fully occupied Operating Suite of the hospital.

  From day one on this project, Senecal's commitment to excellence and client delight has been evident. They have worked on numerous projects here at Duke Hospital, they know exactly what Duke expects and they strive to exceed those expectations every time. Their knowledge of the infection control requirements and Duke Standards has been invaluable. Furthermore, their commitment to providing the highest quailty work has made all of our city and state inspections go very smooth.

  In regards to Senecal Construction's general performance on this project, it has been nothing but exceptional. President Ron Senecal and Project Manager Tom Allen will both always take the time to meet with me regarding any issues that arise and promptly provide whatever solution is best for the project. The superintendent we have had ensured that all schedule milestones were met and within budget. The entire company's commitment to safety is also very evident.

  One other area where Senecal Construction has excelled is with regards to their paperwork. They know exactly what Duke FPDC requires, always provide adequate backup support change order requests and submit eveyrthing in a timely manner.
