At the request of Tom Allen on behalf of Ron Senecal, this letter is addressed to the prospective clients of Senecal Construction to document our esperience with this Subcontractor to Skanska for the drywall bid package of the   North Carolina Cancer Hospital Project.

Zimmer Gunsul Frasca Architects can confidently attest to the quality of Senecal's work and to their professional integrity and cooperation throughout the construction phase of the North Carolina Cancer Hospital Project. These attributes are evidenced in the finished work at the North Carolina Cancer Hospital and in the praise and accolades recieved by the entire Project Team, of which Senecal played an integral part.

ZGF's contact with Senecal has always been amicable and professional. While in meetings and in the field, ZGF observed Senecal's experience, knowledge and long-standing working relationships with the CM at Risk and other Subtrades as well as their familiarity with the AHJ(Authority Having Jurisdiction) as exhibited by Senecal's role and participation during inspections by State agencies such as the NC Division of Health Service Regulation(DHSR) and throughout the construction phase. The work in Senecal's scope has presented no apparent impediment to the Project's Certificate of Substantial Completion.
